I use Fruity Loops, mane. I couldn't tell you where I got the drum samples from (made this a year ago (literally)), but the synth sounds came from a minimoog vst. There are free ones out there but I recommend MiniV, as I find it to be the best emulation to the real thing.

Magix Music Maker is the main one. Fruity Loops and Acoustica as well plus a synthesizer, electro-drumkit, and whatever else I can find to make noise at a mic.
